The Nortel NTQ358BA is a 120 ohm PCM cable assembly. 120 ohm is the balanced twisted pair impedance for 2 Mbit/s PCM circuits, the alternative to 75 ohm unbalanced coaxial working, and equipment ports are built for one or the other.
