The IBM 41T9635 is a distributed converter assembly, catalogued on our record as DCA_GRY. A DCA is the point of load power supply used in IBM mainframe and large Power frames: bulk power arrives in the frame at a high DC voltage and each DCA steps it down to the rails a processor book, memory card or I/O drawer actually needs, with enough redundancy to keep the drawer up if one converter fails.
