The Aastra T2734-69045011 is a KeyExtension 75D module in ice grey finish, designed to expand the number of programmable keys available on compatible Aastra desktop telephones. This expansion module provides additional direct station select (DSS) and busy lamp field (BLF) functionality for users who require quick access to multiple lines, extensions or features.

The KeyExtension 75D is intended for use with Aastra’s digital and IP telephone systems, typically deployed alongside the Aastra 5370 or similar 5000 series handsets.
