The Huawei 03059129 is an SFUI-4T-B, a 4 Tbit/s integrated Switch Fabric Unit for Huawei NE40E and NetEngine 8000 series core routers. The switch fabric unit provides the high-capacity switching backplane that forwards traffic between the router’s line-processing units, delivering up to 4 Tbit/s of fabric capacity per board and working in a load-sharing, redundant configuration with the other fabric units in the chassis. It installs in a dedicated SFU slot and is a field-replaceable module. This is core-router switch fabric hardware, not an optical transmission board.
