Huawei SLBK1BKP RTN 980 Telecom System Card / Module Image 1

Backplane / assembly chassis for the Huawei OptiX RTN 980 microwave IDU, providing the slot interconnect, buses and -48V DC distribution for the indoor unit boards.

The Huawei SLBK1BKP is the backplane (assembly chassis) for the OptiX RTN 980 microwave indoor unit (IDU). It forms the interconnect backbone of the IDU 980 subrack, providing the slot connectors, data and control buses, and -48V DC power distribution that tie the system control, IF and service interface boards together. As a passive structural assembly it carries no active processing of its own; instead it defines the shelf into which the node’s active cards are installed and keeps them electrically connected. The SLBK1BKP is used in RTN 980 microwave transmission nodes deployed for high-capacity mobile backhaul and transport. Supplied refurbished, it is a practical replacement when rebuilding or expanding an existing RTN 980 indoor unit. Pricing is available on request.
