The Avaya 700381825 is an EU24BL button expansion module, adding 24 programmable, backlit call appearance and feature keys to a compatible Avaya digital or IP telephone. It attaches alongside the handset and is automatically labelled by the system, so feature and line assignments show up on the module without manual programming of each key.

The EU24BL works with the Avaya 2420, 4620SW, 4621SW, 5620SW, 5621SW and 4625SW telephones, and on IP phones it can be powered over Ethernet where Class 3 PoE is available, or from an Avaya 1151-series external power supply otherwise. IP Office supports up to eight EU24 modules per system, so a single site can equip several reception, attendant or executive desks with extra programmable keys without changing the handset model.
