The HP JF428A is the HP E4510-48G, a Layer 3 managed Gigabit Ethernet switch with 44 ports of 10/100/1000Base-T plus 4 dual-personality RJ-45/SFP ports and 2 open module slots for optional 10 GbE uplinks.

The E4510G series provides Gigabit access and distribution switching with routing, QoS and traffic management features, and the open module slots allow up to four 10 Gigabit Ethernet links to be added for connecting to a core network or high-performance servers.
