Ericsson ROJ20416/4 AXE10 Telecom System Card / Module

The Ericsson ROJ20416/4 is an RPP board, part of the Regional Processor family of cards used within Ericsson’s AXE-10 digital switching platform. Regional Processor boards such as the RPP, along with related variants including the RPG2, RPG3 and RP4-H, handle regional control and processing tasks within an AXE-10 exchange, working alongside the exchange’s central processor to manage switching and signalling functions for a defined part of the system. The RPP fits into a standard AXE-10 magazine and communicates with the rest of the exchange over the internal backplane.
