The Juniper EX3300-48T is a fixed-configuration Gigabit Ethernet switch from the Juniper Networks EX3300 series, providing 48 10/100/1000Base-T copper ports and supporting Juniper’s Virtual Chassis technology, which lets multiple EX3300 switches be interconnected and managed as a single logical switch with a single management IP. Positioned between the EX2200 access-layer series and the fibre-oriented EX4200 series, the EX3300 targets higher-density copper access deployments that still benefit from Virtual Chassis stacking for simplified management and resiliency. Running the same Junos operating system as the rest of Juniper’s EX and MX lines, it gives consistent configuration and monitoring alongside larger platforms already deployed in the same network.
