Nortel NT9X35FA: DMS-100 SuperNode 4K x 8K X-Port switching-fabric card.

The Nortel NT9X35FA is a DMS-100 4K x 8K X-Port card, a network-side switching-matrix interface used in the DMS SuperNode generation of Nortel’s DMS-100 digital central-office switch. It provides a port into the switch’s junctored network (the time-multiplexed crosspoint fabric that connects peripheral shelves to each other), sized to a 4096-by-8192 timeslot capacity, and is part of the network module hardware that carries live call traffic across the office. DMS SuperNode offices of this generation remain in service at telephone operators worldwide, and genuine spares like this restore full switching-fabric capacity after a card failure. Specifiers should confirm exact frame and generic-program-load compatibility before ordering. Tech-Star is UK-based and ships worldwide. Contact our sales team for current availability and pricing.
