The Nortel NTDU82BA70 is a Nortel IP Phone i2004, an early two-line SIP/UNIStim desk phone from Nortel’s original i-series IP telephony range for Meridian 1 and Succession/CS1000 call servers, predating the later IP Phone 1200 series that succeeded it. It provided one of the first IP-based desk phone options for Meridian 1 sites moving away from digital proprietary handsets, with a backlit display and a set of programmable feature keys.

i2004 handsets remain in service at longer-established CS1000/Meridian 1 sites that adopted IP telephony early, and genuine replacement units such as this one are a routine requirement as fleets age.
