The Alcatel-Lucent IMM5-10GB-XFP (part number 3HE06430AA) is a 5-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Integrated Media Module (IMM) for the Nokia 7750 SR-12 service router, formerly Alcatel-Lucent. Its five XFP cages each take a 10GbE pluggable optical transceiver, so a single card delivers up to five 10G interfaces for high-capacity metro, edge and service-provider aggregation. The module installs directly in an IOM slot of the 7750 SR-12 chassis and belongs to the router’s fixed-media IMM line, which combines the IOM and media-adapter functions on one board.

It is a legacy Alcatel-Lucent card, now in the Nokia portfolio, that stays in wide use wherever additional 10G aggregation capacity is required. Refurbished units are supplied for spares or expansion, and carry a warranty.
