The AXTEL AXC-0145 is a Quick Disconnect (QD) to RJ45 coiled cord designed for connecting professional headsets to Siemens desk phones. This cable provides the interface between QD-terminated headsets and Siemens telephone handsets that utilise the RJ45 headset connection standard.
