Ericsson BFB101020/23 Telecom Infrastructure Power Supply

The Ericsson BFB101020/23 is a DC/AC power supply unit (inverter) from the BFB101020 family, carrying the type designation LVO375.230/50Hz. In common with the other members of this range, it converts the DC power of a telecom battery plant into a regulated 230V, 50Hz AC output, supplying clean mains-style power to equipment that requires an AC feed within an Ericsson installation. The 230V/50Hz rating matches European mains, so the unit lets AC-powered ancillary equipment run from the site’s DC power system and stay supported during battery back-up. Inverters of this type are used in telecommunications power shelves and cabinets where a stable AC rail must be maintained independently of the incoming utility supply. This is a legacy Ericsson power component, no longer in current production but still in demand for the maintenance and repair of installed power systems.
