ROF1375338/2 Ericsson Ericsson MD110 PBX Expansion Card

The Ericsson ROF1375338/2 is a TLU 76 Trunk Line Unit providing 30 ports with DPNSS (Digital Private Network Signalling System) support. This card enables digital trunk connectivity between the PBX system and external PSTN or private network services using the DPNSS protocol, which was widely deployed in the UK for inter-PBX networking.

The TLU 76 is designed for installation in Ericsson MD110 and BusinessPhone enterprise communication systems. It handles primary rate ISDN connections with DPNSS signalling, allowing integration with British Telecom and other UK carrier services that utilised this protocol standard.

DPNSS is a legacy signalling protocol that has largely been superseded by QSIG and SIP-based trunking. However, this card remains relevant for organisations maintaining existing Ericsson MD110 installations or requiring compatibility with older private network infrastructure still operating on DPNSS.
