TSR9010492/x 12m Ericsson MD110 Telecom Module

The Ericsson TSR9010492/x 12m is a 12-metre MX cable designed to connect ELU28 or ELU29 extension line unit cards to the Main Distribution Frame (MDF). The cable features a single plug connector at one end with an open termination at the opposite end for field connection to the distribution frame.

This cable is used within Ericsson MD110 and BusinessPhone PBX systems, providing the physical link between digital line unit cards and the building’s structured cabling infrastructure. The ELU28 and ELU29 cards handle digital extension lines, and this cable ensures reliable signal transmission between the PBX backplane and the MDF where individual telephone extensions are patched.

The MD110 platform is a legacy Ericsson enterprise PBX system that has been superseded by more modern IP-based communications solutions. However, many MD110 installations remain in active service, and replacement cables such as this continue to be required for maintenance and system expansion purposes.
