The IBM 41V0128 is a 2GB DDR2 memory DIMM running at 533MHz, ECC registered, on a 276-pin module, supplied as one of four modules in an 8GB Capacity Upgrade on Demand kit for System i 9406 and System p machines. Capacity Upgrade on Demand ships the memory physically installed but activated against an entitlement, so a machine can hold more than it is licensed to use and capacity is released without opening it again. A single module therefore replaces one position in an existing group rather than adding capacity by itself. Confirm the group and activation your configuration expects before ordering.
