The IBM 73Y4632 is recorded as OSC_PTHRU, an oscillator pass through card. IBM mainframes run from a common clock generated on a redundant pair of oscillator cards and distributed from there to the processor books and the I/O subsystem, and pass through cards carry that distribution across the backplane where the signal has to be routed rather than generated.
