The Jabra PW130 is a switching mode AC to DC power supply rated at 48V and 420 mA, supplied as original equipment with Jabra headset base and amplifier equipment that runs from a 48V rail rather than the more common low-voltage supplies. The 48V output is the detail that matters: it is well outside the range of a general purpose adapter, and fitting the wrong supply to a headset base is a straightforward way to destroy it. Because base units outlive their adapters and the adapters are frequently mislaid when a desk is moved, the power supply is a common standalone order.
