The Juniper CB-TXP-S-C is a TX Matrix Plus Control Board (TXP-CB) for the Juniper TX Matrix Plus router. The control board carries management ports that connect the Routing Engines to external management devices, and it needs Junos OS 9.6 or later. The -C suffix is the hardware revision of the board.

It is a field-replaceable unit, supplied as a spare or as a replacement for a failed control board in an existing routing matrix.
