891014 NEC NEC Aspire PBX Expansion Card

The NEC 891014, also known as the IP1WW-16ESIU-PR2, is a 16-port digital station card designed for NEC Aspire and Aspire S telephone systems. This expansion card provides connectivity for up to 16 digital telephone endpoints, enabling businesses to deploy NEC digital handsets across their premises.

The 16ESIU-PR2 card installs into the main equipment chassis of NEC Aspire systems, providing additional digital station capacity for growing organisations. It supports NEC’s proprietary digital signalling protocol, delivering voice communication and feature integration with the PBX system.

The NEC Aspire platform is a legacy telephone system that has been superseded by newer NEC unified communications solutions. However, many organisations continue to operate and expand existing Aspire installations, maintaining demand for compatible expansion cards and spare components.
