The NEC IP2AP-12TXD is a 12-button digital display telephone for the NEC Xen Topaz business telephone system. It provides a two-line by sixteen-character alphanumeric display, twelve programmable line and feature keys, and hands-free working for everyday desk use.

The handset connects to the Xen Topaz key system over its digital station interface and gives users direct access to lines, speed dials and common features such as hold, transfer and conference. It supports DSS/DLS console working and includes a wall-mount option and adjustable stand, making it a flexible standard desk phone across general office positions.
