Nokia 472301A FPFD optical filter module for DWDM transmission systems.

The Nokia 472301A is the FPFD, a Flexi power distribution sub-module for Nokia Flexi base station systems. It takes the site’s -48 V DC input and distributes protected power to the Flexi system module and to external devices, providing four external DC outputs and one internal output to the system module. Built-in protection includes over-voltage protection, reverse-polarity protection and EMC filtering, with interface LEDs for fault monitoring. The sub-module fits within the Flexi BTS mechanics alongside the system and transport modules. Within the Nokia Flexi Multiradio platform the FPFD manages clean, protected power delivery for the radio site. It is supplied refurbished as a spare or replacement part for Flexi installations.
