The Nortel AL2012A39 is a BayStack 420-24T Ethernet switch, a stackable Fast Ethernet switch from Nortel’s BayStack 420 series.

The switch provides 24 auto-sensing 10Base-T/100Base-TX ports plus one Gigabit Ethernet GBIC-based uplink slot, and includes built-in stacking connectors so up to eight units can be combined into a single stack of up to 192 ports managed via one IP address. Management options include a web interface, Telnet, IGMP snooping and SNMP, and the switch draws power from a 65W internal supply.
