The Nortel QPC447A is an Enhanced Conference card with wideband tone (W.T) support, part of the legacy QPC-prefixed hardware family used on the original SL-1 and early Meridian 1 switching platforms. QPC-family cards predate the later NT-prefixed Meridian 1 range and were the standard card format for SL-1’s core conferencing, line, network and control functions; this card provides the system’s enhanced multi-party conferencing capability.
