Siemens S30810-Q2313-X100-3 HiPath/HiCom PBX Card / Module

The Siemens S30810-Q2313-X100-3 is an MCM (Management and Control Module) board for the HiPath 4000 communication server. The MCM provides fault and clock signalling for the system and connects to the backplane of the CSPCI shelf, distributing timing and monitoring board and shelf status. It works alongside the central processor and switching boards to keep the peripheral shelves synchronised and to report hardware faults to system management, making it part of the platform’s core control layer rather than a line- or trunk-facing interface. This -X100-3 hardware revision is interchangeable within the same system role. This is legacy Siemens equipment from before the Unify rebrand; the HiPath 4000 remains in service in many installations but the boards are no longer manufactured, so the MCM is a common maintenance spare.
