The Unify L30251-U600-A984 is the SLMU (Digital Subscriber Line Module UP0/E) for the OpenScape Business X8 communication platform. It provides 24 UP0/E digital subscriber interfaces, giving 48 B-channels for connecting Unify TDM system telephones such as the OpenStage and OptiPoint ranges.
The SLMU is the successor to the earlier SLMO24N and SLMO8N boards and is supported from OpenScape Business software V2R3 onward; it can run alongside those cards in the same system and supports master/slave operation. Combined with a CMAe daughterboard the module becomes the SLMUC (Subscriber Line Module UP0 Cordless), supporting up to 16 DECT base stations for cordless coverage. The board fits the X8 shelf and, for EMC compliance, uses the matching front-panel cover (L30251-U600-A436). It is supplied for maintaining and expanding existing OpenScape Business X8 systems.
