The Yealink YL-HSET-T18/20/22P/32G is a replacement corded handset designed for use with Yealink’s T18, T20, T22P and T32G series SIP desk phones. This handset provides a direct replacement for worn or damaged units, allowing businesses to extend the service life of their existing Yealink IP telephone estate.

This handset is compatible with Yealink’s entry-level and mid-range SIP phones from the T1x, T2x and T3x series. These models were widely deployed in small to medium enterprise VoIP environments, call centres and office telephony systems where reliable voice communication is essential.

The T18, T20, T22P and T32G phones are legacy models that have been superseded by newer Yealink handset ranges. However, many of these units remain in active service, making replacement handsets a practical and cost-effective maintenance option.
