The ZTE PM5 is a -48 V DC power module for ZTE’s ZXSDR distributed base station platform, used in the ZXSDR B8200 and B8300 Baseband Unit (BBU) chassis. It supplies and conditions the DC power that the BBU’s baseband and control boards require.

As a plug-in power module, the PM5 fits the BBU’s dedicated power slot and provides regulated -48 V DC distribution for the chassis. It is hot-swappable, allowing power to be replaced or added without taking the BBU out of service.
