The IBM 45D5670 is a POWER7 DDR3 memory DIMM, part of IBM’s feature #5600 memory kit family (32GB configurations built from four 8GB DIMMs running at 1066MHz) used on the Power 770, 780 and 795 systems. Feature #5600 can be mixed on the same processor module with the larger #5601 and #5602 features, provided the frequency stays consistent across each four-DIMM memory controller group, and IBM’s Capacity on Demand licensing model applies, so activated capacity should be checked separately from the physical memory installed.
