The Siemens S32011-Q130-X200-1 is a TransXpress telemetry interface module. The Q130 group is documented as the SLR16 telemetry interface, the board that carries supervisory and housekeeping information between regenerator and terminal stations on a long haul STM-16 route, so that a station without staff can still be monitored from the network operations centre. It is line system infrastructure rather than a traffic card.

Siemens TransXpress was the company’s SDH transmission portfolio, and the S32011 block within it covers the SLD16 and SLR16 line equipment used on STM-16 routes. Nodes are made up of optical interface units at several STM rates, a sync multiplexer controller, telemetry and supervisory cards, and the power and shelf hardware that supports them. Siemens transmission passed to Nokia Siemens Networks and then out of support altogether, so operators still running these routes maintain them from held spares matched by full part number.
