The ADVA 0063303509 is a WDM channel module, position 9, for the ADVA FSP-3000, fitted with an 850nm multirate local (client-side) interface supporting Gigabit Ethernet at 1250 Mbaud or 1x Fibre Channel at 1062 Mbaud. The card takes whichever of those two client signals is connected on its 850nm short-reach optic and maps it onto the wavelength assigned to channel position 9 on the shelf.

The 850nm multirate WCM family lets a site mix Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel traffic on the same channel-card type without needing separate SKUs for each protocol, which is common where storage and data traffic share the same DWDM ring.
