The Allied Telesis AT-2450FTX/SC is a combination 10Mbps PCI adapter offering both 10/100BASE-TX copper and fibre (SC connector) connections, part of Allied Telesis’s AT-24xx series of PCI NICs. Like its AT-27xx-series successors, it let a workstation or server choose either connection type from a single card, useful where a site’s cabling mix wasn’t fixed at install time.
