Avaya 108772583 DEFINITY / Communication Manager PBX Card / Module

The Avaya 108772583 is the TN2501AP Voice Announcements over LAN (VAL) circuit pack for Avaya DEFINITY and Communication Manager systems. It stores and plays announcements, music-on-hold and recorded messages, offering up to one hour of announcement storage across 33 ports: one telephone access port for recording and playback, 31 playback ports, and one 10/100 Ethernet port used to move announcement and firmware files over the LAN by FTP. Announcement files are stored as A-law or mu-law WAV. The board plays announcements over the TDM bus, in the manner of the older TN750C, and is typically installed in a G650 port network or carrier. It removes the need for dedicated analogue announcement hardware. We supply the TN2501AP (108772583) refurbished as a spare for existing Avaya PBX installations.
