The Huawei 020SBEW is the SLA1CSHA (CSHA), a hybrid system control, switching and timing board for the OptiX RTN 950 microwave transmission system. It provides the indoor unit’s core control-plane functions on a single board: system control and communication, full time-division cross-connection, packet switching and clock/timing processing. Fitted in the main control slot of the RTN 950 IDU, the CSHA grooms and switches TDM and Ethernet/packet services carried across the microwave links, supporting Hybrid microwave deployments used for 2G, 3G and LTE mobile backhaul.
