The RRU3971 is designed for LTE/4G network deployments, providing the RF front-end functionality essential for mobile network coverage.

This Remote Radio Unit is part of Huawei’s distributed base station architecture, where the RRU is mounted close to the antenna at height whilst the BBU remains in a ground-level cabinet or equipment room.
