The Juniper Networks 740-038291 (SFP-1GE-T) is a 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet SFP transceiver module designed for Juniper M-series, MX-series and other SFP-equipped routing and switching platforms. It delivers Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over standard copper cabling through an RJ-45 connector, supporting a reach of up to 100 metres over Category 5e or Category 6 unshielded twisted-pair cable.
