The Mitel 52001745 is a 3300 R2 Gateway, software release 5.2. This solution can be configured either as a survivable very small branch office gateway using R2 trunks, or as an IP Network Services Unit (NSU). It suits between three and twenty phones as a gateway, or two R2 trunks when used as an IP NSU; IP phones at the branch site continue operating locally if the WAN link to the main controller fails. It sits within Mitel’s SX-200/SX-2000/3300 ICP PBX range, the digital and IP telephony platform family that has underpinned many enterprise and SME deployments.
