The Mitel 9400-300-312-NA is a Control Resource III circuit card for the Mitel SX-2000 telephone system, one of the resource-processing boards required when the system is configured to run Mitel’s OPS Manager ETI (External Telephony Interface). It slots into the SX-2000’s peripheral shelf alongside the other control and interface cards that make up the system.

The Mitel SX-2000 is a digital PBX built as a control node plus one or more peripheral cabinets, with control, switching and interface cards distributed across them. Peripheral switch controllers manage a group of interface cards, resource cards like this one provide processing capacity for specific system features, and line and trunk cards present the extensions and circuits. Mitel ended support long ago, so remaining SX-2000 sites are maintained entirely from held spares, matched by part number and revision.
