The Mitel 9150-6205EX is an 8-port E&M (Ear and Mouth) line card expansion module for the Mitel NuPoint Messenger Model 70 voicemail and unified-messaging system. E&M signalling is used for tie-line and trunk-side connections rather than direct extension lines, so this card adds eight E&M integration ports to an existing Model 70 chassis, shipped as a complete plug-in expansion module rather than a bare card. It lets a site increase the voicemail system’s trunk-side capacity as call volume grows, without replacing the whole chassis, and is the full-capacity counterpart to the 4-port 9150-6223EX card in the same E&M family.
