NORTEL 25UJJ00750GWZ: A 75-ohm star-wiring distribution card that fans subscriber cabling out to individual tributary circuits for the Nortel PDMX transmission platform.

The Nortel 25UJJ00750GWZ is a 75-ohm star-wiring distribution card that fans subscriber cabling out to individual tributary circuits, a plug-in card for Nortel’s PDMX (Programmable Digital Multiplexer) platform. Nortel’s PDMX system carries private-network PDH traffic through a shelf built around a control unit and a set of interchangeable tributary, power and protection-switching cards. This is the kind of card that keeps an ageing PDMX shelf going: a direct like-for-like replacement rather than a redesign, for sites still running the platform in production. Card revisions vary across the PDMX’s long service life, so confirm the shelf slot and revision this unit replaces before ordering.
