Nortel DM1401142: Contivity VPN Switch 251, a compact 4-port site-to-site and remote-access IPsec VPN gateway.

The Nortel DM1401142 is a Contivity VPN Switch 251, a compact 4-port site-to-site and remote-access VPN gateway from Nortel’s Contivity range, terminating IPsec tunnels for small branch or remote-office deployments.

Nortel’s Contivity VPN switch range remains deployed for VPN termination in networks that have not yet migrated to a newer platform, and genuine units and spares are still sought to keep an existing deployment running or to add capacity. Specifiers should confirm their required software release and licensing before ordering.
