Nortel A9862A / NTR651HX: HP CC3310 Carrier Grade Server, dual 2.4GHz Xeon, sold under Nortel numbering.

The Nortel A9862A (Nortel NTR651HX) is an HP-built Carrier Grade Server model CC3310, fitted with two 2.4GHz Intel Xeon processors, 2GB of RAM and two 73GB hard drives. HP designed the CC3310 as ruggedised, DC-powered rack-mount compute hardware specifically for carrier and telecom deployments, and Nortel sourced it as the server platform for elements of its Succession/carrier-grade product line, selling it on under its own NTR651-prefix part number rather than HP’s. Genuine units of this type remain a routine requirement for maintaining or expanding carrier-grade server capacity on installations of this generation. Confirm the exact software load and slot configuration against your installation before ordering. Tech-Star (UK-based, shipped worldwide) stocks Nortel carrier-grade server hardware to support ongoing network maintenance projects.
