ECI Telecom FCU 30B fan control unit for BG-30 series transmission shelves, part 194590. Enquire for stock.

The ECI Telecom FCU 30B, part number 194590, is a fan control unit used within ECI Telecom’s BG-30 series transmission equipment shelves, managing the cooling fans that keep the shelf’s active transmission and interface modules within safe operating temperature. Fan control units of this type monitor shelf temperature and drive the cooling fan tray, often with alarm reporting back to the shelf’s management system so that operators are alerted to cooling faults before they risk damage to the transmission hardware installed in the same rack. ECI Telecom, now part of Ribbon Communications following its 2020 merger, was a major Israeli manufacturer of telecom transmission, access and optical networking equipment, and its BG-30 platform and related shelf hardware remain deployed across legacy transmission networks. The FCU 30B is typically sourced as a maintenance or replacement part to keep existing ECI transmission shelves cooled and operational. Tech-Star (UK-based, shipped worldwide) supplies ECI Telecom shelf hardware; enquire for current stock and compatibility with your shelf configuration.
