The EMACS MPN1-6300F is a 300 watt switching power supply module made by Zippy Technology under the EMACS brand. It is an N+1 redundant AC module, meaning a chassis is populated with more supplies than the load requires so that any one of them can fail or be pulled without the system going down, and the module is designed to be changed while the equipment is running.

The unit carries CE, FCC, UL and RoHS approvals. Supplies in this family were fitted into 1U and 2U server and storage chassis as the power stage rather than sold as standalone products, which is why they are normally sourced against the chassis they came out of. Check the connector and the cage the module seats in before ordering, as EMACS used several similar 300 watt modules with different backplane connectors. Refurbished.
