The Huawei 02313ECT is an RRU5502 Remote Radio Unit designed for 1800MHz frequency band operation. This 4T4R (four transmit, four receive) configuration supports MIMO antenna technology for enhanced wireless network capacity and throughput in LTE mobile networks.

The RRU5502 forms part of Huawei’s distributed base station architecture, connecting via CPRI fibre to a centralised Baseband Unit (BBU). This distributed approach allows operators to position radio units closer to antennas, reducing feeder loss and improving network efficiency in macro cell deployments.
