The Huawei WD2MG1EMUB00 is an EMUB (Embedded Environment Monitoring Unit, type B), a -48V DC monitoring device used with Huawei DBS3900/DBS3910 distributed base stations and telecom cabinets. It collects site environmental data and manages alarms, monitoring temperature, humidity, smoke, water, infrared and door sensors along with up to 32 Boolean (dry-contact) input signals and several analogue inputs, and it drives relay output ports for control functions. The EMUB communicates with the base station over two RS485 ports, extending the environmental monitoring capability of the site beyond the on-board UEIU. It is deployed where a larger number of alarm and sensor points must be gathered centrally. Supplied refurbished, the WD2MG1EMUB00 is a direct-fit spare for maintaining Huawei base station and cabinet installations.
