The Huawei WD5MJRUAC30 is an RRU3929 series Multi-Mode Remote Radio Unit (MRRU) designed for LTE wireless network deployments. This V3 variant operates on Band 3 frequencies with transmit range of 1805-1880MHz and receive range of 1710-1785MHz, configured in a 2T2R (two transmit, two receive) MIMO antenna arrangement.

The RRU3929 is a key component in Huawei’s distributed base station architecture, connecting to the Baseband Unit (BBU) via CPRI fibre links. It handles RF signal transmission and reception at the cell site, typically mounted on towers or rooftops close to the antenna system to minimise feeder losses and improve network performance.
