The IBM 45D7238 is a POWER7 DDR3 memory DIMM, documented as an 8GB module running at 1066MHz under CCIN 31D4 and covered by IBM’s Capacity on Demand (CUoD) licensing model, where physical memory can be installed ahead of the capacity a customer has actually activated.
