The Juniper NS-ISG-1000C is a NetScreen ISG-1000 Advanced System chassis, supplied complete with four 10/100/1000Base-T ports, a fan tray and an AC power supply. It is the base hardware for Juniper’s ISG-1000 Integrated Security Gateway, an appliance-class firewall, VPN and intrusion-detection/prevention platform from the NetScreen-derived ISG range, ready to take the security processing and interface modules that make up a full ISG-1000 deployment. It is a like-for-like replacement chassis for an existing ISG-1000, or a base unit for building a new one. Genuine units such as this one are a routine requirement for maintaining an established NetScreen ISG deployment.
